2nd Active8-Event (Salzburg, 14 May – 16 May 2023)
The event activities took place at the Beth Suryoye, centrally located and in close proximity to both the university and the old town, with its own church and gardens.
Key achievements:
- GROUND: An exploration of inner- and outer grounds. How to best utilise the potential within a person, within others, and in the place a person lives. Learn how to create nourishing grounds for yourself and others.
- GOALS: Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into visible. Learn how to stay persistent? How to communicate the goals clearly to others. Going out of the comfort zones.
- TOOLS: What knowledge, skills, and practical resources are needed to realise the goals? The days were filled with a set of exchanges and practicing a great variety of soft skills.
- DIRECTION: What are the guiding principles to keep the focus on work and on the goals? How to include others in individual’s journey, and co-create the next steps despite cultural- and interpersonal differences?
Moderators: Josine Bakkes (Regenerative Design Academy).
